Annual permits allow golfers to play an unlimited number of rounds for one low annual fee. Permits are good from November 1 through October 31 of the next year. Couples save even more with Double Permits. Summer Permits are good from May 1 through October 31.

*Town of Palm Beach Residency Requirements

Pursuant to approved Town policy, proof of residency shall be established by any of the following:

1. A Town of Palm Beach ad valorum tax receipt for the current fiscal year reflecting the location within a residential area.
2. A voter's registration card listing a current Town of Palm Beach street address.
3. A valid State of Florida driver’s license listing a current Town of Palm Beach street address in a residential zone.
4. A copy of a current lease agreement indicating that the individual is renting residential property or boat dockage within the Town of Palm Beach for six months or more.
5. An official document indicating ownership of residential Town of Palm Beach property.

Note: Resident status will be granted to individuals; not corporations or places of business.

Permits are issued to individuals or couples and may not be transferred or shared.
Annual Permits are valid from November 1, 2006 thru October 31, 2007.
Summer Permits are valid from May 1, 2006 thru October 31, 2006.
Permits are payable in advance and are non refundable in whole or in part.
Permits are for green fees only and do not include applicable tax, maintenance &
improvement fee ($1.88 per person per round), riding carts, nor pull carts.
